מספר טלפון, שם הפרופיל בוואטסאפ, תוכן ההודעות שנשלחו אלינו, תמונות שנשלחו (אם נשלחו), ופרטים שהלקוח מסר בשיחה (כגון תיאור התקלה, עיר ומועד מועדף).
למה המידע משמש
כדי לענות לפנייה, לאסוף את פרטי הבקשה ולהעביר סיכום לבעל העסק שאליו פנית. איננו משתמשים במידע לפרסום ואיננו מוכרים אותו.
עם מי המידע משותף
עם בעל העסק שאליו פנית, ועם ספקי שירות שמפעילים את המערכת: Meta (WhatsApp Business), Anthropic (עיבוד טקסט באמצעות בינה מלאכותית), Google (אחסון נתונים) ו-Make (אוטומציה). כל ספק מעבד את המידע רק לצורך מתן השירות.
שמירת מידע
המידע נשמר כל עוד הוא נדרש לטיפול בפנייה ולצורכי העסק, ולאחר מכן נמחק.

KolBack provides home-service businesses with an automatic WhatsApp response to missed calls, on behalf of the business.
What information we collect
Phone number, WhatsApp profile name, the content of messages sent to us, images sent (if any), and details the customer provided in the conversation (such as a description of the issue, city, and preferred time).
How the information is used
To respond to the inquiry, collect the request details, and pass a summary to the business owner you contacted. We do not use the information for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who the information is shared with
With the business owner you contacted, and with the service providers operating the system: Meta (WhatsApp Business), Anthropic (AI text processing), Google (data storage) and Make (automation). Each provider processes the information only to deliver the service.
Data retention
The information is kept for as long as required to handle the inquiry and for business purposes, and is then deleted.
Deletion of information and your rights
You may request access to your information or its deletion at any time by contacting maorbusiness26@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.
